Refund and Returns Policy
At Rooté, we care deeply about the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for everyone.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order was eligible for free shipping, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team at seahandsspa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company—processing may take additional time.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at seahandsspa@gmail.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
